After completing the exchange, there may be a short delay before the cryptocurrency appears in your wallet. This is due to blockchain network speeds and our internal processing times. In most cases, you can expect to receive the cryptocurrency within 10 to 90 minutes. If it takes longer, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
If you accidentally loss the PIN code, there's no need to worry. In such a case, simply send a photo of the back of the card along with your purchase receipt to support@mycryptocard.io. Our support team will address your issue, and we will do our best to assist you.
To activate your My Crypto Card visit the official website, scan the QR code on the back of the card, verify your identity, select the cryptocurrency you wish to receive and select a PIN code for your card.
You can check your Card balance by scanning the QR code on your My Crypto Card.
This card does not allow transfer of cryptocurrencies to other wallets.
You cannot receive crypto on this card from other wallets or users.
Scan the QR code on your card and you will see real-time tracking of your cryptocurrency holdings, displaying their current market value and performance.
Selling cryptocurrencies involves scanning the QR code and selecting the "Sell" option, review the price and bank details and confirming the transaction.
Currently a partial redemption is not possible. Only the full amount of coins on the card can be sold.
Once you sold all your coins the card is void and will be deactivated in our system.
